What is Lean UX?
A way of building products that favours learning over guessing. Instead of big up-front specs, teams make small bets, test them with real people early, and let what they learn decide what's next. Outcomes over outputs.

What happens on the night?
Doors open at 17:00 with pizza (for a small contribution). After a short intro, two speakers share a case study or a lesson learned the hard way, then there are announcements and drinks. Most people stay to chat.

Who comes?
Product managers, UX and service designers, developers, researchers, founders and students. Juniors and career switchers are very welcome; plenty of people come on their own.
Good to know
Does it cost anything?
Attending is free, thanks to our host and sponsors. Pizza isn't: if you'd like a slice, we ask a small contribution to cover it. If you want to help cover the costs of the meetup, refer us a company sponsor.
Where is it?
Usually at Worth Works, Laan van Vredenoord 11, 2289 DA Rijswijk, a short ride from Den Haag HS and Rijswijk station. Check the event page for each meetup.
Do I need to RSVP?
Please do, on Meetup. It helps us order the right amount of pizza.
Which language is it in?
Talks are in English so everyone can join. Plenty of Dutch is spoken over drinks.
Can I give a talk?
Yes please. Talks are 10 to 15 minutes, and first-time speakers are very welcome. We're happy to help you shape your story. Email Matthijs at matthijs@leanux.eu.
